How to choose a water turbine?

Head and flow are the most important to determine the type of a water turbine.

Turgo and  Pelton turbines are suitable for high head, and small flow.

Kaplan and tubular are suitable for low head with big flow.

Francis is suitable for head and flow not to big nor small.
