Francis Vertical
Francis type turbine is also called mixed flow type, whose key parts are runner, guide vane, spiral case, seat ring, draft tube, shaft, sealing, etc. the whole turbine generator set will be composed of turbine, generator, governor, valve, expention joint.
Francis type turbine has a much better efficiency than turgo type, with complicate structure, and higher cost.
